Our Design Studio Offers

  • Bespoke Floral Styling for all Events: You'll work closely with our lead florist to plan florals that fit your event styling and venue.
  • Locally Grown Flowers: Spring through Fall, we incorporate as many locally grown flowers into our designs as possible, many of which are grown from seeds by us and nurtured in our own backyard!
  • Professional In-take Process: As soon as an inquiry is submitted to us, we take you on a journey of planning out and capturing every detail for your event florals. Throughout the process, we keep track of your event in our design studio's project tracking software, so no detail to gets left behind!
  • Flexible Payment Options: We have budget-friendly payment plans, that can be customized to your needs, set-up for reoccurring auto-schedule, and paid electronically.
  • The Process

    Step 1: Send us an Inquiry

    Get in touch and provide us with some high level details about your wedding or event. We'll get your project started and send you our Wedding and Event questionnaire to help us gather additional details. After that, our team will review!



    Step 2: Schedule a Consultation

    Once we've reviewed your questionnaire and our availability, we'll be in touch to schedule a consultation. Consultations are held during private appointment hours at the shop in Downtown Augusta.

    During the consultation we'll get to know each other better, and discuss the vision for your event including design options, floral styles, and all the fun floral details! Additionally, during the meeting we will work to keep your florals within your established budget range and find the best options that work for you.

    Step 3: Review your Custom Proposal

    Once our consultation is complete, you'll leave feeling as though we have every floral detail of your event handled with care.

    Our project tracking software allows us to not only track your event, but also organize every detail and make it available to
    you electronically. You will receive a fully customized proposal that lays out your vision, includes an itemized cost structure, and have time to review that detail outside of the consultation before finalization.

    Step 4: Finalize the Proposal

    Most clients go through 1-2 rounds of proposal edits. Additional rounds of edits beyond 2, require a $25 fee per additional edit until finalized.

    When your proposal is ready and final, we require a signed proposal and a non-refundable 30% downpayment to reserve your date. Your downpayment is applied to your total balance. We also offer flexible reoccurring payment plans for all of our Wedding and Event clients. All Wedding and Event florals must be paid in full 1 month prior to your event date.

    Step 5: Congratulations!

    Once you've signed and made the initial downpayment, you will have officially booked our flower shop for to create floral
    magic for your event!
